Satisfaction Guaranteed:
We guarantee that we will not only satisfy the customer, but delight the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with any item for any reason simply return it within 30 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Canceling your Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that there will be a restocking fee applied totaling 100 % of the shipping cost, and 25% of the cost of the merchandise.
Once an order ships out, it cannot be cancelled.
Damages
We take every precaution so that your order does not get damaged during transport, but accidents do occur. If the item you receive is damaged or defective in any way during transport, please let us know immediately. We will work with you and the shipping company, to provide any replacements, and/or missing parts.
If you decide that you do not want the damaged item and would like a refund, the order is now considered a return and all the terms below for returns will apply. We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse customers for shipping products back to us.
Shipping
Due to the extremely high freight costs, currently we limit our shipping to the United States and Canada. In most cases we ship the following business day for in-stock orders received by 2:00pm PST. We will notify you via e-mail within two days if there are any problems with your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please be sure that you provide us with your most current shipping information. The reasons behind are very simple
If you provide us with the wrong shipping information, the order will not arrive in a timely fashion, and you might experience extra inconvenience.
Our shipping carriers charge us a $5.00 fee for all address corrections including incorrect or missing business names. This $5.00 fee will be passed on to you if you provide us with the wrong shipping information. If however, it is our fault that the wrong shipping information was entered; we will correct the address and take full responsibility for the $5.00 fee.
Back-Orders
We do our best to keep inventory on all of our items. However there are occasions where a manufacturer will delay or back-order our shipments. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimate of the ship date. If you have already received part of your order, your receipt should indicate any back orders (a B/0 will appear next to the item)
Returns Policy:
For non-special order merchandise, we will gladly accept your return. The credits that we issue will solely be for the price of the item, shipping charges will not be part of the credit.
Merchandise must be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging and parts.
If items that are returned are damaged in any way, the customer will be responsible for making a claim with the shipper.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied with the proper invoice that was shipped along with your order, this is done in order to identify each individual customer and issue the proper credit.
If the product is returned without an invoice, the customer will be given the lowest promotional price within the last 90 days.
If the customers merchandise was purchased as part of a close-out special or was part of a special order, that merchandise is non-refundable.
All customers are responsible for 100% of the shipping charges, which incur for shipping items back to us for a refund.
Please include a short explanation to why you decided to return the product. In order to guarantee your 100% satisfaction, we would like to know how we can serve you better the next time you order from us.
